Geeks Who Drink will be supporting a local organization with a Quiz For A Cause! Here are the details:
- Mission statement: Cheer DC is a dedicated group of volunteers who harness the joy and energy of cheerleading to drive change, foster acceptance, build fellowship, and inspire charitable giving. Each year, we support a primary beneficiary, typically focusing on organizations that serve the local LGBTQ+ community.
- The money is going towards: Our primary beneficiary for Season 9 is Rainbow Families, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in DC that provides services, support, and community to LGBTQ+ families and prospective families. Additionally, contributions help sustain our organization, allowing us to continue creating impactful programming and initiatives.
