You've got a relief map of Westeros in your cubicle at work, House of Stark's grey direwolf is tattooed on your inner thigh, and you refer to your toilet as the Iron Throne. The televised works of George R. R. Martin have taken over your life, but now you've got a way to put your fantasy obsession to good use. Fire Cannot Kill A Quizmaster, Geeks Who Drink's 1st all-Game of Thrones Quiz, is coming to venues all across the country on Saturday, June 8th.

Form your raiding party of six warriors and be sure to remember the $5 admission fee. Winners will bring home a cash prize of anywhere between $200 and $500 (depending on number of players), which ought to help cover your lawyer's retainer when they nail your BitTorrenting ass. 

Important note: this quiz will primarily cover every episode of HBO's Game of Thrones up through the end of Season 3, but we will draw some -- not a lot, but some -- material from George R. R. Martin's long, long, long books. Also, none of the material will spoil anything past Season 3.

Feel free to dress for the occasion-- some locations will have a costume contest, though if you bring George W. Bush's head on a spike you ought to prepare for a visit from the Secret Service.

What's the maximum/minimum players per team?
There is no minimum, but if you want to win, you should have a fully staffed squad. Use our Facebook and Twitter to recruit. Team maximum is strictly six players, as always.

Can we play the quiz twice by traveling to another city?
No. No. And no. Quizzes largely vary from city to city, but there are enough crossover questions that you'll have an unfair advantage (read: It's cheating!). Don't do it. We will catch you. Again, the answer is no. We had a team who did this once, and they are cheaters. Read their story here.

Can minors play?
That's entirely up to the venue. Check with them.

Do spectators have to pay?
Yes. Yes, they do. Spectators generally have to pay for sporting events.

Can my mom/girlfriend/friend sit at our table and not play?
No. Six people max seated at a table and all players must pay.

Can you host this at BLANK bar in BLANK city?
No. We host these at venues that meet certain criteria. So, if we're not in your city, there won't be a quiz. If we're in your city, and there's no quiz, we're sorry. Maybe next time.

Is there a prize for second place?
Nope, this is winner take all. But second place is impressive; you should be proud.

How is the prize amount determined?
In most cases, the prize amount is 50% of the total take. Why not 100%. Because we have to cover our costs of producing and marketing these quizzes.

Will BLANK TOPIC be covered?
Everything is fair game. Study hard. And we never give clues.

Do I need to RSVP?
Seating is first-come, first-served and there are no reservations. These things quite often sell out, so get there early to guarantee a seat.
