Quiz Schedule
Every Tuesday night at 8:00 at Crossroads Irish Pub
Andrew (Agent Michael Scarn)

In addition to being a drinker with an occasional geeking problem, Andrew is a communications consultant and author of his forthcoming unauthorized autobiography. While he's clearly hosting a kegger in the back, he's also the co-founder of a successful technology start-up in the front. He loves dolphins, fondue, and lying to strangers.

Sesame Street hasn't been this talked about since Mr. Hooper died. To help keep the meme alive and Libertarians everywhere quietly grumbling to themselves, last night we featured a "One of these things is not like the others" round. And it was a little tougher than the 1-3-W-7 brain teasers we vaguely remember from when we were six. Case in point, to ace the round you needed to know that Bay-Bay is not a Power Puff Girl, Belarus is not a Baltic State, Sirius is not in Orion, and Juarez is a city -- not a state -- in Mexico. And speaking of Mexican states, Tabasco apparently makes a full six favors on top of their original and we -- forgive us -- grilled you to name four of 'em. Personally, we could've cited only one; our teams last night were more the Epicureans than we realized.

It was a high-scoring match and, per the usual, a fight to the finish. Nevertheless, "Sandusky: A Touchy Subject?" was out in front all night... which, thankfully, allows us to skip the obligatory "come from behind" joke. (Too soon? Let's move on.) The "Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Intellectuals" put on a strong showing and finished in the money in second place. A tip of the hat here to team "Big Bird for President" who finished fifth last night, which is about where their write-in candidate will land in four weeks.

Thanks to everyone for coming out last night -- we had a full 10 teams! Looking forward to seeing all of you again next Tuesday.
