Everyone is surprised to find out that I'm actually not very good at pub quizes. In all honesty...I kind of suck at them. So why would I want to be a quizmaster, you ask? Because I LOVE ATTENTION!!! I would do this job for free, if I still got to speak on a microphone in front of a (semi) captive audience.

The Geeks Who Drink Arrested Development Quiz was a fucking smash! We had 31 teams come out to try their hand at winning the big money, but in the end, Discipline Daddy prevailed. They were 5 points away from getting a completly perfect score! Pretty impressive! But they weren't the only impressive team. Nearly every team got a perfect score on at least one round. While the teams' scores were impressive, I was a little disappointed in the number of teams who dressed up. We had a very convincing Lindsay Bluth impersonator, and a few guys who decided to make their own Arrested Development t-shirts. Luckily, the guys who came as never-nudes were not allowed to remove their shirts in an establishment that serves food (for fear we might all vomit) (Sorry, guys. I don't even know you, and I'm ragging on your physique like I'm intimately acquainted with it, which...of course, I'm not. This is awkward, now. Sorry).

There were also some really hilarious team names, but a few I wish I'd seen: Call Me, Maeby, The Queens of Little Britain, Hot Seamen, The Ball Busters. Any others?

Though I spent my free moments throughout the day brainstorming ideas for a killer themed-music playlist for the quiz, I could only come up with the following songs. I'm up for any suggestions for next time I have the pleasure of hosting the GWD Arrested Development quiz.
