Friends call me Michael Bay because I love action and make a lot of sound effects with my mouth.

Well, nobody calls me that, really. But they should for the above reasons.

I host karaoke on Tuesday nights, and I'm afraid of porcelain dolls! I know, I know, those two things probably didn't belong in the same sentence.

Doesn't it sound like a song he could have written?

Jabu's was bumping, you guys! I'm so glad I had all of you brilliant drinkers at this week's quiz. There's nothing like a healthy sense of competition with your booze!

Congratulations to champions Ishtar's Discharge. Way to hold the reigns with a cleverly cringeworthy team name.

It was a dark evening for Louis the Bartender, as his super-smart team of oft-champs Lower Queen Anne's Revenge came in 4th place. I thought the bartender was always right! Don't worry, Louis, you are right -- right here in my heart (aww).

I was pretty curious as to the origins of Team THACO. My mind was racing; was it an acronym? A foreign language? Was it proper, the last name of some long-forgotten adventurer, diplomat, or inventor of negligible-yet-handy devices? I finally approached the table and asked them what THACO meant, and a quizzer replied:

"It's taco with a lisp."
