Whew. I can't believe I made it through that quiz, let alone ended only five minutes late, with 22 teams and no Scorkeeper. Also, I apologize for not taking all of the team photos. Did I mention that I didn't have a paid Scorekeeper for the evening? Attendance at Gourmands has been down the past three weeks. I mean, I know and y'all know that's not normal but when it happens, I don't have a paid Scorekeeper.

We did have a funtabulous quiz, though. Red Coats (Regulars are coming out every Saturday night at Rain), Abigail Breslin pooping in the potty and getting a Barbie for it (ew), and the Australian soap Vegemite Tails, er, Neighbours, all make for an eclectic and, ultimately, really gay quiz. Which is how I like it.

I made a new friend tonight in the booth beside me who left before I could introduce myself. Boo.

Also, this was the last ride of the Hottest Table of the Week. I'll miss you guys but congratulations and best wishes with the real world. Remember me when you're billionaires.

Let's continue this packed-house Gourmands Geeks Who Drink trend next week, shall we? I'm gonna make T-shirts that say, "SAVE HEATH!" And, yes, I know T-shirts can't talk but you know what I mean, fuckface.

We had a Duh! round, a Round on Howling, a Round on Soul Selling, and a Real or Shit round on Reddit. Heath agrees that Reddit is the worst thing to happen to the Internet since 2 Girls, 1 Cup (well, since and during).

Also, I applaud all of you who have so much faith in humanity that you thought npr.com, which is actually npr.org but let's not split hairs, was one of the 10 most-visited English-language news Web sites.

Tonight's quiz was pretty informative. I love it when the word corpulent is included in my job. That's what Geeks Who Drink is here for: teaching you GRE words for fun and profit.

I'm glad I wasn't drinking tonight what with the Round Six on foreign-language states/provinces/Bündislanders and their associated crazy pronunciations. That would have been funny for me but not so awesome for you.

Hey, and Kellen, server extraordinaire, took tonight off and still came in to play the quiz! That's some dedication, sir.
