Hello, my name is Jeremy and I'm a geek who drinks. What does it mean to be a geek who drinks? I have random knowledge on things like music. I can quote Pulp Fiction like it's no one's business. On my GPS Darth Vader tells me where to go. That's the fun part. The bad part is I also drink. When I drink, I write blogs that have the word "fuck" in it a lot. I make up stories of things that happened in my mind. I also delete my own bio and really don't remember doing it. Thankfully though, I never sucked dick for coke. That was Bob Saget. 

The moral of the story, it's ok to be a geek who drinks, in fact I encourage it. I encourage you to come down to my venue on a Monday or a Tuesday and drink it out with me. I'll quiz you, you give me right answers, and don't be a dick and shout anything out. 

Tonight I had the privledge to cover a quiz at Nicolo's pizza. Don't tell my regular quizzers, but these guys are pretty fucking awesome. There were beautiful people, delicious beer, and a dance party that I wasn't allowed to film that broke out. Wycked Sceptre wanted to keep their dance parties private. Word of advice, hit Nicolo's around 10pm just in case they win so you can see them dance to Something To Talk About. Yes, the song about cheating on someone is their victory song. I personally would have went with Fuck You or We Are The Champions, but to each their own. They are a great group of guys so I am happy they won. 

 

Tonight we learned all sorts of fun things. We learned that Honey Boo Boo should be shot and killed. What the hell is her real name anyway? I feel like my IQ drops every time I address her by that name. This is why you shouldn't have sex with cousins. Shows like that come to haunt us. Several of you guys knew what Go Go Juice was. I personally always thought it was what strippers used to make it through the night but apparently it's Mountain Dew and Red Bull. 

 

Tonight we also learned that some people know the death of every single character of every single movie. I'm looking at you Wycked Sceptre. Only one team really knew their royal family names. 3 Little Maids From School. They also got several of the bonus questions correct. 

 

I'm sure we learned a lot more but right now I've hit that stage where I'm not even sure these words are making sense. Thank you Jameson and Ginger. You are my favorite drink. Thank you karaoke at the shitty bar by my house. You are just the after Geeks release that I needed. Also, thank you Francie for the chance to cover your amazing venue. I've spent many nights there when it was Cricket on the HIll. I love what's been done with the place since.
