Howdy Billy's crowd! Kyle and I sure had a great time with you guys last night! Seriously, you actually give a fuck! At our normal venue we're screaming over half the bar most of the quiz, but I guess each venue has its own charms. Yes, Rebecca and Shayne were MIA this week, and they didn't even tell me why. So lets make some shit up!

I think it was because Rebecca needed to retouch the back tattoo she has of Shayne wearing black metal face paint, because the lines started to blur. She's hoping it can be reworked into a map of Westoros, but I think a giant butterfly would be simpler. Shayne, I hear, was getting fitted for his beard extensions to be more accurate in his ZZ Top cover band. Their schtick is they only use kitchen appliances for instruments and call themselves ZZ Pot. Shayne plays the colander, and they are still looking to book their first official gig.

More likely though it was just an evening of butt sex for them. Trying out different butter brands. ...Shayne receiving of course.

Quiz-wise we covered a lot! From magazine names (Quotations From Chairman Mao aka Cat Fancy) to that timeless classic from Three Days Grace. Y'all did pretty well on our Sooner or Later Musicals Round, putting up with all the poor German and French pronunciations and musical numbers I played.

I really love switching up the bonus answer system and it's always hilarious when a bro just walks away immediately when I say to write in bubble letters. “How the fuck am I supposed to know what that is?” Oh, bro. Also, if you need anymore fuel for your nightmares there's plenty more where Round Five came from. Round Six was a tight butthole, but you guys really ripped it apart. But(t), Round Seven's boot up gaming sounds proved pretty difficult for most. Hey, at least they didn't try to pull any of this shit on you!

Seriously, you guys were a great crowd and I'm a little jealous of Taffy 'N' Lechelt for having such a nice, attentive audience. Hope to see you around at another nearby quiz (maybe on Mondays... just South on Burnet...), or maybe I'll come play and challenge you all someday! Until then, Keep It Gay!

A three-way tie? A three-way motherfucking tie? You assholes had to make it a three-way tie the night I host the quiz by myself? Why do you hate me after all that I do for you?

Rebecca was very sad to miss you guys this week, but, trust me, you didn't want her vomiting in your beers. Or at least I hope you aren't into that. I'll have to seriously reconsider sleeping with all of you.

But seriously. Not only a three-way tie, but even after the tiebreaker round you STILL had a three-way tie.

Overall, it wasn't a very high scoring quiz. But that's not your fault. It's hard for me to tell the difference between Yoga and the Kama Sutra too. It all comes down to sweaty contortions. It's just that one ends with somebody covered in jizz. Now that I think about it, the Kama Sutra frequently does too.

Psychics, department stores, 8-bit video game music, and sackbuts filled out several of our other rounds. You all failed to spell Dikembe Mutombo correctly in another round. D-I-K-E-M-B-E M-U-T-O-M-B-O. Not Dumkpei Motambi or Dikoomi Motoombi or whatever.
