Beautiful weather on a Tuesday night meant a full bar of teams ready to take on a very tricky quiz at The Hamiton Inn. This resulted in a brand new winning team! One team won the quiz, one team won the email bonus prize, another team won a free drink on me for signing up for the email list, and a bunch of teams won bonus questions for some beers!

We may have given away lots of prizes, but very few questions were gimmes it seems, as a top score of 60 would be low on most nights, nevermind a night that had three double point rounds.

One would think questions about fruit, colors, the biggest blockbuster of the summer, and commercials wouldn't provide much of a challenge, but you guys know Geeks Who Drink too well by now to fall for that old trick.

How about that visual round huh? I had teams ask for extras to take home since there was so much going on there. I think heavy drinking makes rounds like that one tough, as the high score for the round was 5, with an average of 2.6. That average was shared with round two, where everyone began to understand why Tim Burton clings to Johnny Depp as tightly as he seems to.

At the end of the night, Pass The Thule leaned on a 13 point round 8 to take top prize, while many of the regular teams were spread out all over the place. What will happen next week?

Will the regulars reclaim their recent run of dominance at the top of the charts? 

Will the visual round revert to the standard 'what is this a picture of?' format?

Will there be a special guest star? (This, I can answer, yes)
