WTF Just Happened Here?
Long story short, when I left Sweet Caroline’s last night I returned home to my apartment to find someone sitting on the steps in my courtyard. This person struck up conversation by “recognizing me from Foursquare.” I would later come to find out she had been stalking me via Foursquare for many months and she also lives in the same building as me. What is the moral of the story? Checking into your residence on Foursquare breeds stalkers and introduces you to your neighbors. Weigh both options and check in at your own risk.

Checking in to the quiz on Facebook is much, much safer. You are not exposing your residence and you are more than likely surrounded by your friends. You should definitely do that check in.

Here is the link to the NEW playlist. Here are the new rules: We’re geeks, guys. We love our music and we hate that crappy stuff all the kids are listening to these days (Now get off my lawn! And no, I won’t call you. Not even maybe.) so let’s make this playlist enjoyable. I want to hear some new stuff that hasn’t hit the mainstream yet. Maybe revive some old B-sides from that old album you wore out 6 years ago. Maybe you know of some great local artists? You can also go with extended versions of songs, parodies, covers, live and acoustic recordings, or whatever else floats your boat. The only caveat is that the songs need to either be in the Spotify global library or available on my local drive if you want to actually hear them. And of course, as always, keep it safe for the kiddies.
