There isn't much more that you need to know other than that I'm totally awesome.

I hail from the lovely city of Rio Rancho in New Mexico and have spent the last four years soaking in the joy of the east coast in New York and Boston. (Go Yankees!)

I now live in Denver. I teach middle school math, which sounds lame, but is honestly the one of the funnest jobs you can have (and yeah, I used the word funnest). I'm quickly becoming an established Denverite, most noticeably in my development of an affinity for good beer and bike riding.

If I can promise you anything from my quiz, it's that you'll hear some great music and most assuredly see or hear something surprising. 

Possibly one of the toughest quizzes I've seen definitely did its work on the patrons of Pete's. An audio round with some pretty excellent but obscure songs and the deadly trap of our new round 3 format took chances from some of our regular competitors and brought out the fight in some newbies.

Kiss my Buffs didn't have the best showing but defintiely had some passion and enthusiasm for the game, which is much appreciated. It was also great to see a couple of my favorite team names of the night The Bush Waxers and The Titsberg Feelers in a dance-off against the ever skilled Don't Call Me Shirley. The race for third place was definitely the most heated..and entertaining of the night. Nothing like bookending the evening with Sir Mix-a-Lot.

Top spots of the night went to Mouse Rats - a new team and Gabriel - the one man show who regularly places high on the list. It seemed to be all about the joker tonight for all of our top teams.
