We had another seriously awesome quiz tonight, and we had some new teams that shoved regular All-Stars Grover Cleveland's heads in the potty. They thought it was Junior High all over again!

In 2nd place, they've mastered Harry Potter, they've mastered Wednesday night quizzes, it's The Goddamn Batman in 2nd. And what an upset in 1st place!

With LOST over and dead, There's $ In The Banana Stand had to find a new hobby for Tuesday night. Too bad that hobby is called kicking your asses. With a superduper high score of 84 points, they dominated all night long. Like a wiener.

Chelsea's Corner:
Well, howdy doody to you. First of all, round 7, the dead comedians round was awesome. But when i first heard it, i thought b. arthur was Divine. Boy was i shocked. it was also pretty shocking that grover cleveland came in 5th. Finally they have some competition. i know they can turn it around. i love a good grudge match. Too bad we don't have an octagon. There was one team that acted out like divas: i cant stop drinking. First off, they came to their first quiz last week and swore that they would not have fun. now they are back with smiles and they think they own place. yelling at me at about their pic. i took it dammit! let it go! all in all, i had a great time. so if you didnt, i think there is something wrong with you.

Yes! Tonight was probably my favorite night of QuizMastering in the past year.

Yes!! You were a great crowd, and all 16 teams totally rocked my socks.

Yes!!! Grover Cleveland won 1st place again, but newcomers The Lone Gunmen (aka I Rock) were just 1 point behind, landing in a close 2nd place.

First of all, my favorite team name of the night was Lutheran Sisterhood Gun Club, President Rebecca Ann Leeman. If you do not know what that is referring to, go to any store where videos are sold, or rented, and get Drop Dead Gorgeous, it really changed my life. Secondly, drinking a can of pepsi on pint night is awesome and just as cool as drinking a Labatt Blue.

Tonight was a great turnout and a fun quiz! We had loads of crazy madness with Bart Simpson or Brian Griffin?, Kissing In The Movies, and Kinky Pervs. Chelsea wowed you all with a sudden change in the Mystery Round Bonus Question - even the most confident were denied a free beer.

The lesson? You can never know enough of the minute details of Mary Poppins.

Tons of new faces, causing regular superstar Grover Cleveland to come up a little lot short. In 2nd place, Freshly Brewed came up just 1 point behind the 1st place team, Amish Bikini Team, who dominated for most of the quiz, took a dive after Round 7, only to redeem themselves in the end.

Man, this quiz is blowing up! From regulars to newbies, you were a rowdy gaggle of people. There were 2 particularly drunken comrades, who I must admit, you really did a great job stopping yourselves (for the most part) from yelling out answers. Kudos!

We had people on the balcony, and all the way around the patio. Even a couple of teams from the Saturday Opal's Quiz came to hang out. With their thang out.

I was super-impressed in your valiant effort to stick it out through some pretty tough rounds. Top of the list: Sex, Dolls, and Sex Dolls. Really, I thought you'd do better. The top score was 4. Come on. It's a round on Sex/Dolls/Sex Dolls!

Lucky for you I hooked you up with score-bump rounds like your visual round Celebrity Fuck-off and the movie-quote round Confidence Men and Women. Next week I may not be so generous. muah-ha-ha.

Geez! We are blowing up over at the Freehouse. 16 teams, and I know we're just getting started with our first month of Tuesday night quizzes now behind us. You all were a great crowd, and Chelsea and I both had a lot of fun with you and your silly antics.

By far the most anticipated round was Saturday Mornings in the 1990's, but my favorite round overall was Plaintiffs and Defendants. Proving more difficult for you than Chelsea and I realized was the first round, First Word of the Song.

We've found a pattern with the winning teams. Someone needs to do something quick. Yet again that smart little doggie-inspired team Grover Cleveland landed in 1st place, leaving Tuesdays with Orri in 2nd by just 1 point!
