Well tonight was the first night at The Clock Tower Grill and the final battle for the win was so tight, it took a crossed out China to push Richard the Hedgehog into first. Unemployed in Greenland are no novices though. They've been around the quiz block. I know their name from my ancient journey's to China, Bancock, and Thailand. Word spreads quickly of their cunning skills, and assassin-like abilities.

This was a lonely night without my fellow quizmaster Lisa "The Leprachan" Corrigan. I missed her dearly but sickness took her quickly from me. Hopefully she gets better soon! It was such a pleasure to have the first thing spoken to be by a team was "yay!! Geeks Who Drink!!!". It was so exciting to see people there just for the quiz. Even teams who didn't intend to stay very long after their dinner ended up staying and kicking some serious ass.

Some people needed beer to help them plow through the quiz.

The Clocktower Grill is such a nice place. It's pretty brand spankin new and smells of rich mohogany. I love smelling wood. uuuuuuuummmmmm.

Ryan the winner of the internet bonus prize of Sigmund Freud with parachute continued to throw Sigmund into the air to see how well that parachute actually worked.

Third place went to Nards who kicked some serious ass even though they missed a couple of rounds. Way to go boys, way to go.

Pub quiz brought the feeling of love into the air. This couple kicked some awesome ass as well, though Belinda Carlisle proved a challenge to write quickly during the bonus round. Sadness filled my heart when I couldn't read the squiggle writing. :(
