I'm a green belt in Kung Fu. I once beat Jason Bateman in thumb wrestling. 

Tonight we enjoyed a pre-mortem surge of quizzers! With 20 teams, we celebrated our 3rd-to-the-end quiz. 2 more to go, and then the Freehouse will close its doors. We're keeping everything running until the end, when we celebrate the final night (and my birthday) on May 28.

Tonight we had a nailbiter toward the end with Anal Hersheiser getting knocked down to a close 2nd place. Thesaurus Rex clawed their way to 1st, after a long hiatus from their perch. I noticed a new heavy-hitter on their team. Only two more weeks for these teams to battle it out over 1st. 

Chelsea and I are leaving in the morning for a long road trip. We'll be back in time for next week's quiz, when we'll have another trainee sitting with us. Come out and heckle/cheer for the fella!

Last night we welcomed QM in Training Lindsay to the fold, as she helped us with a few rounds on her first night of training. You guys were so great and applauded her at every opportunity.

Last night was also a rather sad occasion, as we announced that Freehouse will be closing its doors at the end of the month. We have just THREE quizzes left, the last of which falls on my birthday. I know most of you told me you'd stick it out with us until the end, and that is really awesome to hear.

We had some fun rounds, probably the best was the Gonorrhea Perlman round. Then we had the Magic Picture Box round, which was all about kids' shows. We also had a Karaoke Hits round, which Anal Hersheiser aced, and ultimately won 1st! SIX-PEAT!

We had a scoring mix-up at the end, with Savage Acts of Nepotism being shafted by 4 points, thus placing them in 2nd place. Sorry for the boner-tease, Thesaurus Rex!

Our young friend Ruby got excited and started barking out the answers last night. She caught her error quickly and was quiet for the rest of the night.

Bruce was exhausted and stayed behind the tree for the quiz, but he did mosey over and let me love on him a little after the quiz. That dog is like a horse.

Casey caused hysteria when he inflated a condom and it hit some poor woman in the head. She was convinced it was a used condom, to which Casey retorted, "Why would I blow up a used condom?!" Right, Casey. Because blowing up an unused condom is so normal.

Rural Jurors sat right next to the stage and they just have the best time. They clap for anything that is worth clapping for, they cheer when they hear an awesome Mashup, and sometimes they all march around in a circle, like the Energizer Bunny.

Chelsea and I had a great night and enjoyed meeting some of the newer teams to the 'House. I hope you guys have a fantastic week and we will see you next Tuesday!
