Wow, where did everyone come from?  It was nice to see so many new faces out for quiz and I hope to see each and every one of you back again soon.  We’ll even start on time and go through all 8 rounds!

I was impressed with how many of you know what a muslin is, unless it was just a lucky guess.  If that’s the case I’m ashamed.  Also, how about that adorable little hamster?  You can find more of him here.  For the record: The Liberace Museum is not synonymous with the Elton John Museum.  And what’s with you people not knowing your monopoly board?  I had that thing memorized when I was 10.  I can play an entire game of monopoly without a board or deeds.

Interesting story: Somebody from ~N(0,1) claims to know James Carville.  Apparently this person has slept in the attic of Carville’s house or something?  I call bullshit.  Pics or it didn’t happen.

Special tie breaker notes: Writing the correct answer and then crossing it out is the same as not having the correct answer.  Teddy Ballgame and The Yaz are two very different Red Sox legends.  A meter is not the same as a yard; it’s closer to 39 inches (Three baker’s feet? A baker’s yard?).  If metric and imperial measurements actually got along my job would be so much easier.

Here is the link to the playlist.  I want to hear some new stuff that hasn’t hit the mainstream yet.  Maybe revive some old B-sides from that old album you wore out 6 years ago.  Maybe you know of some great local artists, extended cuts, parodies, covers, live and acoustic recordings, or whatever else floats your boat.  The only caveat is that the songs need to either be in the Spotify global library or available on my local drive if you want to actually hear them.  And of course, as always, keep it safe for the kiddies.
