WE HAD A FOUR-WAY TIE FOR FIRST. At first I didn't believe it. I even looked over all the score sheets of the top four teams just to make sure I didn't make a mistake. But god must be real because Autocorrect is My New Worst Enema, Fallopian Boobs, Continental Drifters and Greasy Meat Stick all had the exact same score.
The competitive energy was intoxicating as we entered into the sudden death round. After answering a handful of grueling questions with absolutely no repeats, the sweat was dripping from your slightly-intoxicated faces as the results came in: Greasy Meat Stick took first and Autocorrect landed in fourth, but, wait…what? Another tie?! Yes, the Boobs and the Drifters tied for second. God really must be real and he must love ties! A tie-breaker question was the only solution, which resulted in Continental Drifters taking second and Fallopian Boobs ending with third. What a night. I'm going to need to take a few xanax just to calm myself down again.
Thanks for coming out and making it a fabulous night. And a shout-out goes to The NSA Says, "No…You Hang Up" as my favorite team name of the night.

Tonight was a good night for you movie lovers. As is obvious from my comments, I am never the movie buff on a quiz team. I have a tendency to just watch the same handful of movies over and over (eg: Clue, Willow, The Man Who Knew Too Little). There is something weirdly comforting about watching a good movie over and over again, and it takes a lot of energy for me to watch a new flick. Maybe it is because I always emotionally invest myself in the things I watch (yes, I cry during every episode of The Biggest Loser) or maybe movies are my friends and I am just picky about my friends or maybe I'm just a weirdo.
Anyways, you guys are not weird and watch movies, which helped out tonight. Round 3 let you choose which Disney/Pixar movie the named celebrity appeared in, and the lowest score was 4 - meaning that no one did worse than what a monkey would have scored choosing at random. Round 4 had some James Bond questions, and I was actually booed when I revealed that I have never seen any of the bond movies. Nothing feels better than being booed. Well, the jokes on you as the booing team only scored 1 point on Round 6, which had you name the movie after given a bullshit disease. But let's be honest, I probably deserved the booing.
Round 7 was another movie round, and it definitely separated the top two placing teams from the rest of the crowd. In the end, Fallopian Boobs, who I think is a Rumble in the Pub contender, took first place. The dependable Autocorrect Is My New Worst Enema took second, and Greasy Meat Stick took third. Yes, Greasy Meat Stick. On that note, I'll see you guys next week!

Wow, you dirty bird.
We had a smaller crowd last night, which meant better chances for everyone. And the lovely Quiz On My Face played disqualified, which means there were only two losers of the night. Don't worry, I still love you guys.
Autocorrect is My New Worst Enema had another first place victory. Harriet Tubgirl came back from a week off with a second place finish, and Anustart landed in third. I was expecting some Arrested Development references, and I think that is one of my favorite. Did anyone else waste their entire day off on Monday watching the fourth season?
