Ah, it's been a great run, but this is the end of the line.
It was great to see so many team come out tonight to support this last quiz at MEadow Muffins and so I decided to give away prizes to the teams that didn't get 1st or 2nd place too. And what a great quiz it was too! Lots of people, lots of beer, and lots of people giving correct answers too! AMAZING!
So what's new on the agenda for good-ol' me? Well, that's what I've been sitting here contemplating. First, I'm going to deliver this blog to Geeks Who Drink. Then, basically, I'm just going to walk the Earth. You know, like Caine in 'Kung-Fu': walk from place to place, meet people, get into adventures. Until God puts me where he wants me to be. If it takes forever, then I'll walk forever. I'll just be J-Dub... no more, no less. Yeah, I was sitting here, eating my pizza drinking my beer... when I had what alcoholics refer to as a moment of clarity.
Wait a second... who let these mother fuckin' zombies in this monther fuckin' bar?
Anyways...
I'd like to thank the folks at Meadow Muffins for their kindness towards me and I look forward to seeing you all at the next pub quiz I do.

Even though we were short several of our regular teams for some unknown reason (it's the summer... they may be on vacation... I dunno) we still had 9 teams come out to Meadow Muffins (mmmm.... muffins) to brave the loud ass mother fuckers and answer questions for a prize of $25 and $15.
And the team that got second place had NEVER BEEN TO A GEEKS WHO DRINK QUIZ BEFORE! YAY! And they were such nice people too.
First place went to a second week-in-a-row first place team and MAN it almost didn't happen! But 24 jokered points later and they sat on first place by 3 tiny points. And like the cartoon said, three is a magic number.
So come on out next week for a very special final quiz at Meadow Muffins. Let's try to pack the place and make it the best turn out they have ever had!

Yeah, it was a drenched night here at Meadow Muffins tonight, but what a great time! Lots of teams tonight thought:
"You know, it's raining now. That means that I'll have to unplug all of my electronics and be in the dark until this lighting storm goes away. What can I do for this evening that will not require me staying at home in the dark? I KNOW! I'll got to Meadow Muffins in Old Colorado City and have a beer! And HEY! It's Tuesday night too! I forgot! Tonight's that pub quiz that happens all the time! I have been meaning to attend that but never had a reason until now. And it's hosted by that stud-muffin Justin the JewWario! MAN! He's a snazzy dresser... and funny to boot!"
Well... that's what I was hoping you all were thinking to yourselves. Especially the 'stud-muffin' bit and especially by ladies.
