When I first set my eyes on tonight's Round 5, I immediately thought it was insanely awesome, but in no way did I think people would actually do well. For instance, when I tried it out myself, all I could help but notice was Charlie Hume of Driveshaft of Lost staring at me. Then, when it came to answer the questions, I was baffled that he was omitted. Surely, the regulars of Pasquini's would fall to this round, right?
Wrong.
In fact, our winner of the evening, Gentlemen Berzerker, walked away from this round, unscathed, with a perfect 8. Well done, sir.
Berzerker barely edged out Channel 4 News Team by a measly point, while the name-changing regulars Miranda (Creepily Whispered) (and yes, I did follow their stage directions and whispered creepily) came up with third place.
Well played, everyone!

Somewhere tonight, in the deep reaches of space, David Bowie rolled over in his future space coffin. When essentially asked who was the frontman of the band "Spiders from Mars" a team answered "Jerad Leto." Whoooomp whoomp.
No.
Not that.
Never that.
That should never be an answer.
On a side note, there was a lot of baseball tonight. And my pepperoni pineapple pizza tastes ESPECIALLY delicious.
Tonight, the newcomers, 404: Amber Not Foundb, found themselves a first place prize. Misquito Hunters swooped in with a last second victory for second place, while Evil Ted II drank a lot of beer and threw a lot of pencils when they found out they got third. But at least they won a prize.
Because, like the Special Olympics, at Pasquini's everyone is winner!

My favorite quote of the night stems from a comment which stemmed from an answer which failed to answer a question. Quizlings had to take an author's initial names and give me the author's pen-name. The initials were "R.R." The author was "George R. R. Martin." They guessed "R. L. Stein." Unfortunately, they were incorrect. However, this happened:
Me: I follow R. L. Stein on Twitter.
Them: He still exists?
Me: Yes. And he is actually working on an adult horror book.
Them: Is it called Goosetits?
Me: ::Fits of laughter::
Props to Have You Met Ted? for my favorite name of the evening, the HIMYM reference, and the fact that they actually had a Ted on their team (and yes, I did meet him). One "C" and Five "A's" deserves props for their name, which is not a reference to names but rather to breast sizes. And CHIBITHULU edged out the weekly winners His Name Is Robert Paulsen. And that, my friends, was the week.
