Just another day down at the Double B Ranch (that’s the British Bulldog for all you young cattle russlers): Drunken debauchery and the like. That, however, mentions nothing about the paradoxical nature of last nights quiz. In an inexplicable chain of events 20th and Stout somehow transmogrified itself into 16th and California, complete with preachy banters, amens and hallelujahs! And, to be quite honest, it couldn’t have come at a moment too soon once round two had successfully grabbed any available genitals and gave a less than gentle twist/squeeze motion. Now, for some readers that may sound like a good thing and in certain circles it may be but I assure you, being there, this was not one of those occasions. But, one of my heroes, Dick Cheese ( I will never tire of saying that), was able to counteract the aforementioned diabolical doings with his sweet serenades.

The Neo-Maxi-Zoom-Dweebies found it particularly ubiquitous in the all pervasive nature that a pub quiz can be. The fickle finger of the quiz gods were with them this evening saving a strategic joker in the final round to slingshot them into first
place.


Also finding solace in their random knowledge encyclopedia The Politics of Being a Wallflower. Don’t kid yourself, politics in any form can lead to muckraking and smear campaigns and this can go doubly so with the erysimum genus. In fact it can often lead to back alleys and seedy meetings. In the world of Wallflowers, death is common.


Winners of last week, the Pap Schmears, weren’t quite able to pull off a duplicate victory but like my father said, “hell, son are you peeing or playing?!” By that I’m pretty sure he meant you can’t win all the time.


When you speak of failed attempts it is nearly synonymous with Molly Ringwalds Living Test Tube Baby, not the team, that just happens to be a quirky coincidence, I’m talking about the failed attempts that test tube babies and Molly Ringwald happen to occupy. If I do my Venn diagram, in fact, it seems that they occupy quite a large portion of shared realty. One things these guys definitively do know is the living dead.
